Сдаем комнаты в своем доме (2-5 местные) с кондиционерами. Окна у всех выходят в сад, где много зелени и цветов, у нас 140 сортов роз(!). Двор большой зеленый с высоким каменным забором. Вечерком можно пожарить шашлыки на мангале и душевно посидеть в саду с бокальчиком вина. Видеонаблюдение. Парковка (5 авто). Трансфер. Экскурсии. Вино. Летняя кухня. Удобства на территории, горячая и холодная вода у нас круглосуточно. Чистота и ежедневная дез.обработки санузлов гарантированы. Чисто, честно и уютно. Мы находимся в конце пр.Мира в тихом местечке в частном секторе (р-н Пивзавода). Рядом с домом два продуктовых магазина, до рынка минут 20 пешком или 2 остановки на маршрутке). До набережной 850 метров (12-15 минут ходу не с горы/в гору).
